  - We were given the wrong bill not once, but 3 times at the end. This process took a full hour after which we were close to missing our flight back to London. They couldn't have cared less.

  Worst experience in Spain! We paid 100€for the New Year's eve dinner.. the food was measure by spoons (4course, one spoon of food by course). Worst dj and bad atmosphere... it felt like a family reunion boring and very expensive.

  - We were served by an arrogant waiter who couldn't focus for more than 1minute at a time, forgetting to take orders from everyone in the group, getting our orders wrong and then arguing with us when he brought the wrong things out.

  - When finally trying to pay the bill, their card machine didn't work. Knowing we were under time pressure to make our flight, they made us walk in the rain to not one, but two different ATMs to get cash out to pay the bill. This process took another 1.5 hours.

  Group of 9 friends had a fantastic time at La Belle Ibiza. From the warm welcome, great service, super food and circus entertainment I could not find fault. The after club was great too. Would not hesitate to return. Thanks to all at La Belle for a fab night

  We missed our flights back to London, lost 800 pounds on flights and had the most horrible end to our amazing holiday in Ibiza. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. It has a serious management issue, too focused on the circus show they try to put on and not recognising the importance of basic service. It's a joke of a place. AVOID!!!
